Meditation Class
Meditation is one of the most important tools we can use as part of our self-development and spiritual work. We host 9-12 week meditation classes throughout the year. We alternate the meditation class with the open circle so please check out our Facebook page to see Whats on. With our classes you don’t have to join each week.
£5 per week. 6:00-7:00.

Week 1

Universal sound meditation, guided meditation Metatron, mudras and breathe work. Music: Indian.
Week 2

Letting go mediation. Prayers of the heart. Mudras and guided meditation Honopono. Music: Polynesian.
Week 3
-
Air element. Emotional release. Emotional digestion. Guided mediation light therapy and chakra realignment. Music: special songs.
