Healing workshop on Saturday 17^th May

This healing workshop is open to all levels. If you generally interested in learning something new and wish to expand your self-healing knowledge and well-being, then book on this amazing one day workshop.

We have designed this workshop a little different incorporating lots of different healing techniques, meditations, breath work and pair healing.

Stage 1-In the morning, we will be connecting with our higher self and stepping into our inner power which will include powerful guided meditation and breath work.  Gratitude prayer and inner reflection.

Stage 2– Will include a 60-minute Osho dynamic self-healing body emotional release.

Stage 3– Discussion- How to connect to my healing guides. How to channel properly. Who am I?

Stage 4- Pair healing- tapping into the divine healing light using crystals and music.

Lunch

Stage 5– Pair healing using Kaihannah healing techniques.

Stage 6– Cooper pyramid full body recharge for each healer.
