Steven and Chris welcome all to join us, for our annual wellness day. A wonderful opportunity to connect with like minded souls, push your boundaries, expand your consciousness. Our aim is to promote and share knowledge on spiritual and physical health and wellbeing. includes refreshments and nourishing home made lunch!
The day will include
- Cold water therapy – Beneficial for the nervous system and stepping out of the mind!
- Infared sauna – beneficial for tension, inflammation and releasing toxins
- Sharing circle with animal and oracle cards
- A talk on mental health techniques and useful knowledge
- Glass walking – Self empowerment! for stepping away from the mind and fear!
- Completing the day with a cleansing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes and bells for a journey of total relaxation and inner calm
