Steven and Chris offer this Tibetan sound cleanse in Blackburn. Sound journey with Tibetan sound bowls, chimes and gong, assisting in re energising and calming the mind and body so we can become more present. Essential oils and sprays to assisting total relaxation. You’ll need a comfortable mat, pillow and blanket
