What the night will entail and include:
This is our very first classical sound bath at the Purple Mountain! Please join us for this special classical music sound journey! This sound bath is about connecting with our emotional body and vibration. This will be a journey based sound bath guided by Chris and Steven, whom both have a wealth of knowledge on sound healing. Everyone will receive their own Thai Massage mats 1x pillow and blanket: if you need any more please bring more. Please wear comfortable clothing as you may be laying down for up to 90 minutes.
- Sound healing journey using crystal sound bowls.
- Classical music songs and journeying.
- Guided meditation and breathe work.
- Loving kindness meditation.

- We will using up to 100 different classical pieces aimed to relax the mind, open the heart and heal the body.
