What the night will entail and include:
This special event is a popular sound healing night and we pay deep respect to our Native American Indian brothers and sisters both on the Earth and in spirit. Everyone will receive their own Thai Massage mats 1x pillow and blanket: if you need any more please bring more. Please wear comfortable clothing as you will be laying down for up to 90 minutes. The night will include:
- Drumming journey.
- Guided meditation.
- Story sharing.
- Power animal connection.
- Smudging and herb grounding.
- Breathe work and emotional release.
- Ancestor’s connection.
- Energy and crystal work.
- Animal and oracle card sharing and circle work.
