What the night will entail and include:
We will be connecting for this amazing sound healing with the air elemental! This will be a fun and active sound bath aimed to release, let go and surrender to the spirits of air. Everyone will receive their own Thai Massage mats 1x pillow and blanket: if you need any more please bring more. Please wear comfortable clothing as you may be laying down for up to 90 minutes.
